Valentine Investigations is proud to provide investigative services to attorneys in the state of Oregon. Based in Portland, Investigator Tierra Valentine has been a licensed private investigator since 2016. Valentine Investigations is available for state and federal criminal defense cases, civil rights investigations, and post-conviction relief, ranging from habeas corpus to innocence claims.
Tierra is committed to fighting the inequities and shortcomings of our justice system, and she understands that each new case warrants an adaptive approach that takes into consideration the unique needs of the defendant. She has been part of defense teams that have achieved generous plea offers as well as acquittals, and has assisted on cases through the Oregon Innocence Project that resulted in the exoneration of clients.
